We use your information to operate the Gratitude! platform, process GRAT transactions, display your public profile, send notifications, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your profile, job title, workplace, location, and gratitude posts you receive are publicly visible on the platform. Anonymous posts hide the sender's identity from other users but may be visible to platform administrators for safety purposes.
GRAT token balances and transactions are stored securely. Cash-out requests require identity verification. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers.
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion by contacting support. Transaction records may be retained for legal and financial compliance purposes.
We use essential cookies to operate the platform. We may use anonymized analytics to understand usage patterns. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
