By accessing or using Gratitude!, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Gratitude!. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
GRAT tokens are a digital currency within the Gratitude! platform. 1 GRAT = $1.00 USD. A 20% platform fee applies to all GRAT transfers between users. Tokens can be purchased with real money and cashed out subject to platform policies and KYC requirements. Gratitude! reserves the right to modify token values with notice to users.
All content on Gratitude! must be positive, genuine, and non-defamatory. Negative reviews, harassment, spam, and fraudulent posts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.
Businesses using the Gratitude! platform must be legitimate, legally operating entities. Business verification is required for certain features. A $45 flat fee applies to ad submissions. Gratitude! reserves the right to revoke verified status for policy violations.
You may not use Gratitude! for fraudulent gratitude (paying people to send reviews), money laundering, platform manipulation, automated scraping, or any illegal purpose. Violations may result in permanent bans and legal action.
Gratitude! is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount of GRAT tokens in your account at the time of any claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
